Do you need a Mexican invoice (CFDI)?

We save your pre-registration and give you a reference number first. Payment happens in Stripe; we never store card details.

How much will I pay?

The final amount is shown in Stripe checkout before you confirm payment.

When is the license charged?

Today you only pay for the cameras. The monthly license starts at installation and the first batch of 1,200 cameras get 3 months free: if we install in January, the first month is charged in April.

Is payment secure?

Payment is processed by Stripe. SP/ACE never receives or stores your card details.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. Mark that you need a CFDI in the pre-registration; tax details can be sent later.

When do I get my units?

First delivery is January 2027, in the order reservations are confirmed.
